Teachers are so hard-working and deserving so this Teacher Makeover on Access Live was ideal for our recipient as we helped her look 10 years younger! Charlene is a hardworking teacher, housekeeper and single mother of 6! From taking care of everyone else it was time someone took care of her. When I met Charlene she was fearful of her mid-section and wanted to wear stretchy pants on live tv! I knew I had a challenge to help her find her light and shine by focusing on her assets. STYLE PROBLEM

Like most women, she carries her weight in her mid-section and wanted to hide her figure in large clothing. This teacher needed some serious pampering to elevate her confidence.

STYLE SOLUTION

My goal was to focus on styling her assets instead of focusing on body type which often limits your mindset. My makeover solution was to define her waist and bring the attention up to her curvy figure. The florals act as a magic wand- hiding an lumps and bumps. If you have a bigger chest, avoid crew neck cut tees. The deep v neck give takes attention away from her tummy and makes her look 10 pounds lighter!

THE AFTER

Thanks to the dream team of Ardee Merriweather from Dry Bar and makeup artist, Glamour by Julissa, we turned back the hands of time and made her look 10 years younger!
