I may NEVER go back to the gym! This quarantine has encouraged me to finally embrace home workouts. If you know me then you realize how HUGE of a statement this is. I have always turned every workout facility into a community. Back in the 00’s, I was the major of Equinox West Hollywood. This quarantine has made me utilize my home like never before to help me thrive. I struggle with anxiety and the daily workouts have been a godsend to my productivity and mental clarity, BONUS I’m getting my body back in shape! TABATA WORKOUTS WITH MY HUSBAND
Need motivation? Grab a friend, roomie or in my case, my husband! It has been a godsend sweating with my husband to keep me accountable. Just three days a week, we get together and do Tabata Circuits. All you need is your body weight, wine bottles or 5-lb weights. It’s done in 40 mins. We do 12 exercises, 3-4 rounds. The timing is 40 seconds on and 20 seconds rest. It’s really easy using the Tabata App.
