Spring has finally arrived in Los Angeles, and I’m feeling all thing feminine. It’s time to add a flirty polka dot dress to your wardrobe and embrace those Spring vibes. This year was a bit easier with the beautiful range of pieces from the Who What Wear Collection from Target. I discovered this dress while shopping for a personal styling client and had to pick up for myself. This cute flowy dress can be worn on or off the shoulders and flatters most (taller) women with curves, hip or a narrow frame. I like to edge everything up a bit with my go-to cropped leather jacket over my shoulders but added a feminine touch with statement pink block heels. I added a classic Halston shoulder bag, and this look is perfect for the flea market, happy hour and date night.
